Three passes of Everest region, leading to awesome scenic high Khumbu villages inhabited by Sherpa tribes a friendly people offering with warm hospitality in the comfort of nice and cozy lodges on route to Everest area and high Khumbu valley. Three passes of Everest offers tremendous views of Mt. Everest (8,848m) Lhotse (8,516 m), Cho-Oyu (8,201m), Nuptse (7,855m) Lho - La or Khumbutse peak (6,036 m) Mt. Lingtren (6,749 m) Changtse ( 7,583 m) Mt. Pumori (7,161 m) AmaDablam ( 6,812 m) Kangtenga (6,782 m) Tharmarsarku ( 6,623 m) Kwangde (6,011 m) KusumKhanguru (6,373 m) Khumbi-la (5,761 m) world’s 5 th highest Mt. Makalu (8,463 m) Island Peak / Imjatse (6,160 m) Lobuje Peak (6,119 m) Pokhalde (5,806 m) and many other smaller unnamed peaks.

Day 01: Kathmandu (1337m).
Arrive received at Tribhuwan International Airport. Welcome with Garland and transfer to hotel by private vehicle. Welcome drink and check in to the hotel. Evening, meet trekking guide and program briefing. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing.
After Breakfast, Kathmandu valley sightseeing; Shri-Pashupatinath Temple, Budhanilkantha Temple, Swaymbhunath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Rest of the day prepare for trekking. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Kathmandu - Lukla (2840m) to Phakding (2610m) - 4 hours.
After breakfast transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport. Fly about 35 minutes to Lukla. After lunch at Lukla, luggage setup for porter and start trek to Phakding. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) – 6 hours
Trek start early in the morning after breakfast. Trail leads zigzag path to cross the DudhKoshi River by beautiful suspension bridge. Cross Manjo for Lunch and steeply ascending to Namche Bazar. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 05: Namche Bazaar (for acclimatization)
Namche Bazar Excursion. Visit Sherpa Museum. Visit Everest View Point and Sagarmatha National Park Museum. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 06: Namche Bazar to Thame (3800m) - 6 hours
Trek starts early in the morning after breakfast at Namche. The trail after Thamo village is zigzag and lonely. One can see mountain goats, Himalayan Thar and many species of Himalaya flora and fauna. Overnight at trekkers lodge.
Day 07: Theme to Lungdhen (4380m) - 5 hours
After breakfast, trek start with a gentle climb up to the scenic ridge. The view of Kogde and Numbur range make the trek more excitement. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 08: Lungdhen to Gokyo (4790m) via Rinjola pass (5360m)-7 hours
The trek starts with climb through a ridge to reach Rinjola for great views from the top. We can see the mystique views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Makalu the fourth highest of the world, many more gigantic Himalayan peaks and Cho- Oyu above 8000m in very closed view. Descend all the way into Gokyo at an elevation 4800 meter. Overnight at trekkers lodge.
Day 09: Gokyo Lake to Dragnag (4700m) - 3 hours
Very early in the morning start to climb Gokyo –Ri (5360m) about 2.5 hours. Explore the magnificent mountains views including; Cho-Oyu, Pumori, Nuptse, “The Mount Everest”, Lhotse, Makalu, Ama-Dablam, Thamserku, Jasembaand many more mountains peak in panoramic views. Trek down and after breakfast start trek to Dragnag. The trail leads with views of the fine mountains and natural beauty. Dragnag consider as the base of Cho -La Pass. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 10: Dragnag– Cho-La (5350m)- Dzongla (4830m)- 7 hours
Very early in the morning start to trek after hot soup and some early breakfast. The first phase of trekking trail leads gently ascending till the bottom of the Cho-La. The second phase of the Cho-La climbing is steady till the top of Cho –La (about 4 hours). The views of Lofty mountains including Mt. Everest, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Cho Oyo, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Cholaste, Mt. Tawache, Mt. Gyachung Kang and many more are indescribable by worlds. The last phase of the Cho-La is descending till the Dzongla, a small human settlement. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 11: Dzongla - Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5140m)- 6 hours
The trekking start after breakfast at Dzongla. Trekking trail leads with astonishing close up views of Tawache and Cholatse. Trek about 2 hour for a couple of hot tea / coffee at Lobuche and continue trek about 3 hours to Gorak Shep. After lunch and short rest at Gorak Shep , start to climb Kala-Patthar about 2.5 hours. Amazing views of SUNSET over the great Himalaya ranges and peaks including; Mt. Everest and many others like Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbutse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama-Dablam, Mt. Thamserku. Afrer short excursion and Photography, trek down about 1.5 hours to return back to Goprak Shep . Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 12: Gorak Shep to Everest Base Camp (5364m) to Lobuche (4910m)- 8 hours
Trek start after early breakfast. The trekking leads zigzag but gentle ascending path about 3 hours to EBC. Excursion and explore EBC and trek down about 2.5 hours to Gorak Shep. After lunch trek about 2.5 hours to Lobuche for good rest. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 13: Lobuche to Chhukung (4730m) via Kongmala pass (5535m) - 7 hours
The route leads for another absolute wilderness away from the main trekking area, the trek follows the upper moraine. We walk carefully to climb and cross the Khumbu glacier and reach near by the Nuptse wall. Steady climb toward the Kongmala pass 5535 meter the highest pass on our trip, the walk leads higher up and then descending towards the Chukung village. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 14: Chhukung to Tengboche (3860m) - 6 hours
Trek starts after breakfast to Tengboche. Reach Pangboche for lunch. Trek continues to Tengboche. In the evening excursion of Tengboche Monastery. Overnight at trekkers lodge.
Day 15: Tengboche to Manjo (2835m) – 6 hours
Trek starts after good breakfast at Tengboche. Trek downhill and uphill to Namche for Lunch. Continue trek about more 2 hours for Manjo. Overnight stay at trekkers lodge.
Day 16: Manjo to Lukla (2840m) - 5 hours
Trekking starts after breakfast. First phase gentle descend and the second phase after Phakding gentle ascend to Lukla. Reach Lukla for lunch. Overnight stay at trekkers lodges.
Day 17: Lukla to Kathmandu.
After breakfast transfer to Lukla Airport. Fly back to Kathmandu. Arrival picks up and transfers to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 18: Departure
After breakfast transfer to international.

Therefore, ABC Adventures (P) Ltd shall not be responsible for any changes in the itineraries due to unavoidable circumstance and natural disasters such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snowing, cancellation of flight and delay, any types of sickness including altitude sickness. Any extra cost including there shall be borne by trekkers themselves.
Full trekking and travel insurance coverage for medicine, rescue evacuation, lost of belongs, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.
