Day 03: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (2720m): After breakfast drive about 6 hours to Syabrubesi. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Syabrubesi to Kerung (3000m): Drive about 2 hours. Fulfill the formality and immigrate to China- Tibet. Drive further an hour to Kerung. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Kerung: The day rest for acclimatization, Kerung excursion. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: Kerung to Saga (4100m) or Dongba (4500m): Drive about 6 to 7 hours crossing Bramhaputra River and Lablung–La to Saga or Dongba. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 07: Saga or Dongba to Lake Mansarovar (4560m) - Drive about 6 to 7 hours to Mansarovar, start Parikrama by coach, Holy Bath & Pooja. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08: Mansarovar to Darchen (4560m): Morning free for spiritual activities like HOMA and PUJA. After lunch drive about 1 hour to Darchen. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 09: Darchen to Driaphuk (4890m): After breakfast, drive about half an hour to YAM-Dwar. Start Kailash Parikrama on foot, 13 Km for 6 to 7 hours. Overnight stay at Guest houses.
Day 10: Driaphuk to Zuthulphuk (4790m): Start trek as earlier as possible, cross Dolma-La (5670m) the highest Pass of the Yatra. On the way Darshana of Ganesh Kund, Ganesh Parvat and Gauri Kund. Overnight stay at Guest houses.
Day 11: Zuthulphuk to Saga: Trek about 3 hours to end Kailash Parikrama at Mani-wall. Assemble on coach and drive about 7 hours to Saga via Darchen. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 12: Donga or Saga to Kerung: Drive Kerung about 7 hours. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 13: Kerung to Kathmandu: Early in the morning proceeds to Kerung Border. Complete formality and enter to Nepal. Drive further 6 to 7 hours to Kathmandu. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08: Mansarovar to Darchen (4560m): Morning free for spiritual activities like HOMA and PUJA. After lunch drive about 1 hour to Darchen. Overnight stay at hotel.

What is the main document to go Kailash Mansarovar Yatra?

The main document to go Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is minimum 6 month (from your journey date) valid passport and 2 copies of passport size photographs.

What is the age limit minimum and maximum?

There is no any rule by chinese authority for minimum age restriction although ABC Adventures do not book the child below 14 years. So minimum age should be 14 years and maximum age should be below 70 years as per passport's record accordingly CIPSC Rule.

Who cannot go Kailash Yatra?

The persons who is suffering from asthmatic and respiratory problem are strictly not allow to going this Yatra as well those are suffering by cardiac problem please consult with doctor. If you are fit and fine after a cardiac treatment, you can take this Yatra.

Do I need anyfitness certificate?

No, you don't need any fitness certificate in normal cases. Although,some time Chinese authority can ask a normal certificate from your personal doctor. Your main doctor is your willpower.. so if you are strong by willpower, you can join this Yatra.

What types of Accommodation and Toilet facilities are there in this Yatra?

In Kathmandu you are staying in deluxe 3stars hotel, So there is no mean of any problem, but when we reach to Border Land and enter to Tibet for Kailash Yatra, the basic but neat and clean guesthouse are available. Toilets are not good and proper till, the very basic dry toilets are available and some places you can go toilet on open sky.

Is there any tented accommodation?

No there is no any tented accommodation during Kailash Yatra. Even in Kailash Parikrama there are guest houses to stay.

How is the road condition?

The road condition from Kathmandu to China corder is normal like national sub highway and from border to Kailash and Back to Border is like international highway.. there is no any rough road remained now.

What types of food is available during trip?

During your stay in Kathmandu and Kodari Border of Nepal and China, the pure vegetarian meal served in hotels. When we enter to Tibet for Kailash, our trained cook and food & beverages manager prepared the pure vegetarian Indian and Continental food discussions with you and your team leader. There will be at least 7 course meal in Dinner. Heavy breakfast and light lunch with fresh fruits will be served.

We start our morning with hot water with Honey, Chavanprash and main courser of Breakfast, Milk, Tea and Coffee. At day time we service hot-case packed lunch and at dinner will be end with hot milk with Chocololate or similar hot drink. So not to worry about your meal.

What types of eatable item do we need to carry?

The eatable items like; Chocolates, peanuts, different types of seed to time pass during your day time in vehicle, Cazu, Kishmiss and some refreshment pickles and your favorites items to time pass you can carry.

What is the facility to take bath or take shower during Yatra?

When you start your Journey from Kathmandu we do not allow you to take any heavy bath or shower. because once when you take bath your spots of body will be open and start to observe the old from outside and start to lick the heat that pro ducting in inside of your body, so we will allow you only to take deep in Mansarovar without any soap and shampoo. If you take heavy bath or shower, you will be immediately catches by cold and will fall in sick.

Can we carry any CD or music player?

Yes, you can carry Songs, Bhajan and Music as your favorites, you can play even in your Jeep or Coach during your journey as well we can carry your walkman music player as well.

How many pairs of dresses do I need to Carry for Kailash Yatra?

Up to Nepal you can carry your luggage as you wish, although there is a restriction of 20 KG wait in airplane. When once you reach in Nepal we will give you duffel bag to carry your luggage for Kailash Yatra and you have to select your dress for further. Only three pears of dresses are enough with sufficient of inner garment. Female are advised to us trouser or Kurta Salwar instead of wearing Sari. you can check the list to carry in main page.

What about the communication facilities? Can we carry our Mobile phone?

If you are coming with your international roaming activated card will smoothly work in Kailash region. Other ways you can buy a temporary SIM card (Chinease SIM) when you enter in Tibet at first city. This temporary SIM has not outgoing call facility but outgoing massage facility so you can send massage to your home and you can receive call from your home country as well all places you can get public telephone, So there is no any scarcity of communication

What about electricity and charging facilities?

There are almost electricity in all places, some places by hydro power, some places micro power, some places by generators and some places by Solar power.some how you are getting short term and long term light facility and you can recharge batteries of your electronic items like mobile and camera.

Do I need to cover any insurance policy?

Yes, you are requested and advised to get your insurance policy with medicine, evacuation and rescue back up. Evacuation and rescue back up is must needed in this Yatra. We accept your Insurance policy from Travel Guard of TATA AIG. you can contact to TATA AIG or Travel Guard Agents or your can get your policy directly from online service.

How much extra and additional money do I need to carry after paying the amount of Yatra?

Once when you pay the amount of Yatra there is no any hidden cost to collect from you. Although, you need to carry at least 20 to 25 thousand amount along with you for this Yatra. That amount is enough to personal horse and personal porter if you hire and small amount for TIPS.

We will serve purely vegetarian delicious continental & Indian meals; Breakfast and Dinner in hotels, served by CIPSC- Indian Kitchen. Packed lunch will be provided at the time of Kailash Parikarama. 

Clothing and Necessities:

As the temperature greatly varies between day and night (from max. 16 degrees Celsius to min. –10 degrees Celsius) one should be prepare accordingly. 

Bring the following items with you:

Woolen gloves, Monkey cap, Sun hat, Thermal wear, Water bottle, Woolen socks, Towel, Light Jacket, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Torch with extra batteries/bulbs, Muffler, Mask, Raincoat, Sweater, Shirt/T-shirts & Trekking shoes etc.

Insurance:

Comprehensive Travel Insurance coverage for Emergency Medical Evacuation if incase of emergency.

Cancellation: 

All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in writing; verbal cancellation will not be accepted. There is no refund for services not used. In addition, the following cancellation rules will be applicable on the balance amount payable. 

If made within 21 days prior of tour departure date or once travel permit has been applied:  30% cancellation will be charged.

If made within 15 days prior of tour departure date: 50% cancellation will be charged.

If made within 7 days and less prior of tour departure date: 75% cancellation will be charged.

If the case of no show: 100% cancellation will be charged.
